Let’s face it: the Android OS looks just as if it was designed for fast communication, it always stays connected to a Wi-Fi or a 3G network, keeping you and your friends almost all the time in contact. At the present moment the Android Market is filled with instant messaging apps and one of the most popular among them is PingChat.  When registering to PingChat you get your own unique ID, which you can later on connect to your friend’s ID, so you can instantly contact them at any time.

The best thing about PingChat is that it isn’t bounded to just one mobile plattform. To put it in other words: you don’t have to convince all your friends to get an Android phone, so that you can communicate with each other. PingChat is also available for the iPhone and the Ping Chat Windows Phone version will probably be released very soon.

You can directly connect to your friends through Facebook, Twitter and other social networks and then you can organize them in groups. Amought the most popular all-in-one mobile IM clients we found this piece of htc software. After having a first look at this htc software, I have to say that it comes with a quite friendly interface and with many important functions a mobile messenger should have.

First of all, it is compatible to the most popular instant messaging services: Yahoo, ICQ, MSN, AOL, Jabber and Google Talk and second, Agile Messenger not only allows you to chat, but it also gives you the possibility of sending voice messages, live pictures and video messages.

As a huge HTC fan, I have to say that Agile Mobile has been for a long period of time, my favorite mobile instant messaging software. For years this htc software has been under development and beta tests. You can tell that people have been working hard on it in the past years. It became a paid application only few years ago and now I am quite certain Agile Messenger is worth the money. It has become a stable, multi-feature IM application for HTC devices.

And the best news is: Agile Messenger is compatible to most HTC Phones. Right now there is a Windows Mobile and a Google Android version of the software.
