Advanced Configuration Tool 3.3 is the ultimate tweaking program for htc phones and other windows mobile devices. It has such many great features that is hard even to count them ( currently, in the last version there are at least 200 tweaks available, according to the producer’s specifications). If you’re searching a free file manager for HTC, than it’s likely that Total Commander will correspond to your needs. Despite that it’s an almost abandoned software, as it’s last update is dated in 2008, Total Commander is still a solid program preferred by many htc addicts. Like it’s bigger desktop brother,  Total Commander lacks style but comes with many advanced features, designed for advanced users.

However, it has no adequate adaptations for finger-friendly gestures, and as result you may find difficult or uncomfortable to browse your files from a PocketPC. Instead, it’s great tool for advanced users who spend more time with their htc and try to edit Windows and other hidden files.
